Why do you love the communities where you live and work?
What we love most is the incredible sense of connection. In our neighborhood, our church, and through our kids’ schools, we believe these connections lead to generosity and a sense of belonging for all of us in the valley. It’s why so many people visit and never want to leave. And it's a constant reminder that part of our jobs as brokers is to make sure our clients feel that same connection and sense of community when they become part of our valley. Connection matters so much to us, it inspired our team name: The Webster Connection.
What is a local cause that's important to you? Why?
Our local High School, church, and town. It’s always so fulfilling for us to give back to these very important pieces of our lives and "to be part of the solution rather than part of the problem.” Over the years, we’ve poured our extra time and effort into restarting our HS Booster Club and Church Leadership, as well as Scot serving on Town Council and the Planning & Zoning committee for over eight years.
What is your favorite spot in Colorado?
At the top of Floyd Hill just west of Denver, it’s like an invitation back home. From there you can see the whole range of mountains in one perfect snapshot. It always reminds us to take a deep breath and relax. Our other favorite spot is our back patio with an incredible view up the 14th fairway of Eagle Ranch to New York Mountain. We do a lot of entertaining there and it’s just one of the most breathtaking and relaxing places to spend time—a constant reminder of what we love about living in Colorado.

For example, they recommended and introduced us to various service providers all of whom are very good and one of whom actually advised us against taking an action we had proposed which would have earned him a nice fee. They also learned of a Suburban for sale, and knowing we we’re looking for a car we could leave here, told us, helped us check the car out and helped us get it registered. In our experience this is not part of the service of real estate brokers in a hot market.”

Through 50 years we have had a fair amount of experience with residential real estate professionals, including on Kiawah Island, in Dallas, New York City and Westchester County in New York.
