I rented for 2 months, fell in love with the area and the friendly people so I decided I wanted to move permanently to the area. Erica came highly recommended, we got along well together. We casually looked last year (before I had decided to move) and went out one day this summer when I found something I thought was very nice and a good investment. Once we were under contract both Erica and Scott jumped in full force and handled everything very professionally. They even made it a LOT of fun! Good overview of the sales picture in Eagle Ranch and were agreeable to make marketing or pricing changes when warranted. Being flexible was a key to getting our home sold and to move quickly to closing once the sales contract was signed.

Not only was he professional, responsive and informative; he was also enormously kind and honest. Scot patiently walked me through every step and educated me throughout the entire transaction. The Webster's assistance did not end at the closing. For example, they recommended and introduced us to various service providers all of whom are very good and one of whom actually advised us against taking an action we had proposed which would have earned him a nice fee. They also learned of a Suburban for sale, and knowing we we’re looking for a car we could leave here, told us, helped us check the car out and helped us get it registered. In our experience this is not part of the service of real estate brokers in a hot market.”
